What is a Health Coach?

​

Health Coaches support individuals who are struggling with lifestyle-related health conditions to empower them to manage and improve their own health and wellness. They partner with individuals to co-create their road map back to better health. In a nutshell, they help patients/clients swap old unhealthy habits for new healthy ones in ways that are not only easy, manageable and sustainable, but are as individual as they are and unique to their needs, circumstances and environment.

About Me

Having suffered from digestive issues as a teen and into my 20's, I then struggled with post natal depression in my 30's.  Searching for a more natural way to help with these issues I found I was able to use food and exercise to rebalance my body and move forward healthier and happier.  I am passionate about health and fitness so health coaching is the perfect way for me to help support you to live your own healthy lifestyle. By creating a plan that is unique to you, setting goals and providing accountability I can help with everything from reducing stress, losing weight and dealing with menopause symptoms to managing chronic conditions such as Type II Diabetes.  With a Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching I am able to combine transformational coaching with nutritional therapy, and add-in aspects of functional medicine and naturopathy to give you a truly holistic approach to your wellness.
